This report shows a monthly view of login/logoff times, recorded presence times, work performed, and vacation times for a period and the selected employees.
Login/Logoff Times: timeSensor LEGAL stores the employees' login and logoff data. The list shows the first logon time and the last logoff time. The system total column shows the presence times determined based on the logon/logoff times. If the employee logs on and off several times a day, only the logged-in time is considered. If there was an error recording the logoff time, for example, because the user did not log off properly or did not log off at all and remained in the system past midnight, the presence time cannot be calculated. Such errors are displayed in red font.
Corrections: If presence time control is activated in the employee's user profile, the automatically recorded logon and logoff times in the timesheet can be manually corrected. The corresponding corrections are also displayed, as well as the total presence time corrected by the employee. This enables plausibility checking of the presence time recorded by the employee with the system's logon/logoff times.
Timesheet: In the columns to the right of the presence time, the times recorded in the timesheet are displayed, divided into productive times, unproductive times, and internal times. Productive times are times that are billable or billed, as well as "otherwise billed" services. Unproductive times are those times that could not be billed (i.e., times marked with a gray cross in the timesheet). Internal hours are times booked to internal cases.
If a work schedule is defined for the employee, the list also shows the ongoing under- or overtime by subtracting the worked time from the flexible time of the work schedule.
Times booked to counter cases, i.e., internal cases with their own hour budget, such as vacation, are not shown in this view because they lie outside the flexible time.
