[131.x] Overview of Deductions Made in Invoices

This report is designed to create an overview of the deductions made in invoices for a freely selectable period. First, the invoice deductions made in the selected period are searched in the database. These are then grouped by account manager, and a worksheet is created for each account manager, listing the found deductions with information about the corresponding invoices and the case. This way, any deductions made on invoices can also be reviewed retrospectively.




Click "Run Script" to start the script contained in the report. You will be prompted to enter the evaluation period:


Enter the desired evaluation period here. Valid entries are:
  1. leave empty for 'all data'
  2. YTD for the period from January 1st to the current date of this year
  3. q1, q2, q3 or q4 for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th quarter of the current year or q1/20, q2/2020 for other years
  4. s1, s2 for the 1st or 2nd semester of the current year
  5. YYYY or YY for the data of the respective year
  6. -DD.MM.YYYY all data up to this date
  7. DD.MM.YYYY- all data from this date to today
  8. DD.MM.YYYY-DD.MM.YYYY


Installation

To install the report, you must have administrator rights in timeSensor LEGAL. Copy the attached ZIP file to your desktop and unzip it. Go to the Special area in tSLSpecial. Pick the Statistics button, the window Reports. Drag the unzipped file with the mouse to the left area with the report templates.

The number before the dot in the field Version indicates the report number, and the number after the dot indicates the version number. You can always update a report to the latest version, provided you have not modified it according to your own needs, simply by reinstalling the new version.
