Best Practices Memos
The law firm software is a tool where different paths can lead to the goal. Therefore, it is important that all users consistently and uniformly perform data entry. This can be a challenge in larger teams. Starting with this build, there is a memo window for each workspace (Personal Workspace, Contacts, Finances, Special, and Settings) where you can document the workflows and defaults established for your entity. You can find the new tool in the function bar:
If you are a member of the Administrators Group or have the appropriate permission, you can edit the best practice notes. To do this, click the lock at the bottom left to open the text area. You can now modify the title, the introductory text, and the memo document. Use the widget on the right side to structure your document with bookmarks. At the bottom of the window, the timeSensor Video Academy and the Help center are linked.
