ZUGFeRD Setting (Germany)

For ZUGFeRD invoices, there are two new options in the case settings:
  1. None - disables ZUGFeRD for the invoices generated from this case
  2. Confidential - replaces the services contained in the XML part of the invoice with generic standard texts. Use this function for confidential cases, as otherwise the billed services can be viewed in plain text in the XML part of the ZUGFeRD invoice.


New Add-In: Web Timesheet

From this version, a browser-based time sheet for mobile service recording is available for timeSensor LEGAL 365. The Web Timesheet can thus be added as an app on the smartphone, on the iPad, or simply accessed in any web browser. If you want to use this add-in, please contact sales@timesensor.ch.



New Add-In: AI Integration

From this version, timeSensor LEGAL 365 offers the possibility to integrate an AI model to provide useful assistance in the law firm software. An interesting first function is the improvement and/or translation of time sheet texts. If you want to use this add-in, please contact sales@timesensor.ch.

Support for structured contacts on the QR Payment Slip according to ISO 20022 (Switzerland)

From 1.1.2026, the new, stricter rules according to ISO 20022 require that the contact information on the QR Payment Slip be provided in separate fields. Previously, the contact was provided in a single field. Please make the following adjustment for all ledgers for which you have set up the use of the QR: Fill the new (shown in red) fields with the details of your contact. The previous text field "In favour of" is no longer used once you have entered the contact:


Email retrieval via Microsoft Graph completed

The implementation of email synchronization via the Microsoft Graph interface is now fully completed. Emails can be reliably and securely retrieved via the Graph interface and processed in the Communicator window of timeSensor LEGAL 365. The latest features we have added allow better filtering of the emails to be retrieved in the settings of the Communicator.
