A case dashboard is now available in the case folder and dossier. It shows the financial situation of the case at a glance – already invoiced services as well as outstanding, not yet invoiced work (WIP) in hours and money. You can filter the period and break down the report by the service groups actually used in the case as well as by executive. The dashboard can be displayed via the calculator icon from the case folder, dossier, or case output list.
The hierarchical menus for selecting a case have been supplemented with recently used cases. This allows you to find frequently handled cases much faster. This is especially practical when assigning emails in the Communicator module:
AI-supported service recording in the Web Timesheet
Service texts can now also be improved in the Web Timesheet or on the smartphone with the support of AI. Select the services in the Web Timesheet and have your texts automatically revised – optionally in three levels: a simple correction of spelling and language, a more professional and clearer formulation, or a more detailed elaboration. The function takes the case context into account.
Record services directly in the dossier
In larger firms, service recording is the responsibility of the professionals, and invoicing is handled in the back office. To ensure a clear separation of tasks, services recorded directly by the back office in the dossier are displayed with a white background and are not transferred to the respective employee's timesheet; they exist exclusively in the dossier.
In smaller firms, it might be practical for the professional to switch from the case folder to the dossier with a double-click and record their time there. For this purpose, there is a new option in user management called Allow timesheet updates from dossier, which can be activated per user. When this new option is active, the user can enter services directly in the dossier – these are now highlighted with a light blue background and also appear in the user's timesheet.
Required disk space on the server
From now on, you can effortlessly keep track of your firm's storage requirements: tSL automatically records the usage on the database server once a month. You can conveniently review the historical development at any time in the dialog About timeSensor LEGAL .

Since the calculation runs asynchronously once a month, it may take some time before the table starts to fill.
