Letterhead

Automatic selection of letterhead

In build 3406, we introduced the ability to have a letterhead automatically drawn and deposited on a template. In this build, this setting is extended again.
  1. If a stationery is dragged using the <Automatic> option, the system first checks if there is a stationery whose name contains the short character of the logged-in user. If this is the case, the corresponding stationery is deposited.
  2. Otherwise it is checked whether there is a stationery whose name contains the ID of the current entity (e.g. stationery 200). If this is the case, the corresponding stationery is deposited.
  3. If this is also not the case, the first existing stationery is deposited.

Positioning the stationery on the last page

Up to now it was possible to position a stationery on the first page or on the following pages. Now you can have a stationery appear only on the last page of the document:
If you make a stationery appear only on the last page, it will be automatically positioned accordingly when the template appears. However, for technical reasons it is not possible to update this setting dynamically. So if you edit the document and add pages, the stationery will not be on the last page afterwards. It is then necessary to set the stationery fresh, which is what the following new function is for.

Select fresh stationery

If you hold down the Alt/Option key and select Fresh stationery in the Tools menu, the current stationery is automatically removed and the new stationery is added.

Minor improvements

  1. The field limit of the field Referat (DE) or Rechtsgebiet (CH) in the mandate has been increased from 49 to 69 characters.
  2. New expression GEN_INSERT ("payment_account") returns the bank details of the entity's default payment account.
  3. New expression INV_INSERT("installments";"details") returns the details of the invoices on account credited in an invoice.

Bug fixes

Several small bug fixes round out this maintenance update.
