When employees change, there may be a desire to have the data associated with the corresponding executive automatically transferred to another executive. This has been implemented in three places in the new build:
Change of Account Manager
If the account manager of an existing case is changed, timeSensor LEGAL checks whether there are any deadlines, appointments or resubmissions in the future for the previous account manager. If this is the case, the following dialogue appears, with which this data can be transferred to another account manager.
Deletion of an executive
If an executive is deleted, timeSensor LEGAL checks again whether there are still linked data records for the executive to be deleted. This is not limited to deadlines, appointments or resubmissions, but also includes the assignment in the dossiers, the assignment to cases, etc. The dialogue then lists all data records in which the executive to be deleted is listed. The dialogue then lists all data records in which the executive to be deleted is still linked and allows the data to be transferred to the successor.

With the new Tools menu, you can check at any time in the executives' window which data an executive is linked to and, if necessary, link the data to another executive.
