Client does not connect to the server
Initial situation
When starting the tSL client, theError messagethat you should contact the administrator.
Explanation
This is because the client could not connect to the server.
Solution
You can restore the connection to the server by starting the client with the Alt or Options keys. If the name of the server is already displayed in the "Available" window, you can select it and go to the "Customized" window.
If the name of the server, as in the screenshot above, the application name "timeSensor" and the
IP address of the server. For the IP address, contact your administrator or IT support.
After that, checkbox must "Update local resourcesforce" and by clicking on "Ok" the client will connect to the server and start as usual.
