How are the statistics structured?

You can open the statistics window via Special Statistics - Performance Statistics . This allows you to evaluate the services provided. The basis of the statistics is therefore always the performance recording.

In the top left corner you can choose whether you want to evaluate sales , quantities or key figures . Depending on the selected mode, the statistics show euros, hours or ratios, for example.

On the left-hand side, select the criteria according to which your statistics should be structured. For example, the amounts can be broken down by clerk , by client manager or by client .

filtration

Various filters are available in the header area of the window, with which the displayed data can be filtered. The filters work cumulatively. For example, you can display all non-billable services of a specific employee.
By default, the statistics show the figures on an annual basis. If you would like a more detailed view, you can double-click on a year column to go to a monthly view. Double-clicking on a month column even takes you to a daily granularity. If you click again in a day column, the display returns to the year view.

Print or copy to Excel

You can either print out the displayed statistics with the print button, or you can copy the entire statistics with a right click and then paste them into Excel.
