It can happen that you want to assign a mandate to another client. Reasons for this can be:
- a client was mistakenly registered with the wrong client
- within a holding structure, the mandate should later be better placed with another company
If no postings or invoices have yet been created for the mandate, you can easily move the mandate from one dossier to another using drag & drop. Connected data such as already recorded services, drafts, documents, etc. are automatically transferred as well.
If postings or invoices already exist, you must complete the mandate in the old dossier, create a new mandate in the new dossier and manually transfer the required data to the new mandate.
