How can I view the bookings and totalization data belonging to an invoice?
General information
An invoice in timeSensor LEGAL includes not only an invoice record, but also various data sets associated with it. For the normal program user, the normal display of the invoice record in the invoice window is usually sufficient. Here are the most important fields of the invoice record. In addition, the services associated with the invoice can also be displayed here:
In the lower part of the window, additions and payments, as well as payments are visible. However, this is a simplified presentation: behind the data shown is further information.
View connected datasets
Sometimes it is useful to obtain detailed information on the additions and invoices or payments associated with the invoice record. Members of the Administrator Group can therefore right-click on an invoice in the dossier for more information on the data associated with the invoice in a separate window.
The window shows the totalization data belonging to the invoice at the top. These are consolidation records that contain different sums of the invoice.In the lower section, the accounting associated with the invoice are displayed.This data may be useful for the system administrator to detect any booking errors:
If you click on a field with the ID of an account or tax rate, the respective account or tax rate will be displayed in plain text.
