In timeSensor Legal you can create different types of services. The settings can be found under Settings/Basic data/Services (see screenshot). It makes sense to set fixed prices for some of these services, such as for sending letters, copies, etc.

To change the fixed price of a service, you have to double-click on the service and you are now in the settings. In the example shown below, you can now overwrite the fixed price of 1.00 CHF with 1.10 CHF. To save the change, confirm your entry by clicking on the blue checkmark.

In the event of a change to the fixed prices on a specific date - such as the increase in postage costs in Switzerland from January 2022 - you can easily overwrite the previous fixed price with the new one on January 1st, 2022. Existing services in the dossiers with the old fixed price will not be overwritten.
