It does not always have to be the qualified digital signature. A simple digital signature is often useful for documents with little legal relevance, such as an accompanying letter or a fax.
You can easily add your signature to timeSensor LEGAL by scanning it and leaving it on your desk.
Open any 4D template as a draft. In our example we will use the phone memo.
Click the cog on the bottom left wheel and choose Modify Text Blocks .
Click on the little plus to add a new text block. It is best to call this block of text signatures . If you want to insert more than one signature, we recommend creating subsequent blocks. Name the following blocks with the signer's name and copy/paste the scanned signature. It is important that you open the scanned file, select the signature (drag a blue box around it) and then copy this selection.

Of course, you can not only use text blocks for signatures, but also for any recurring texts that you use in your office.
