How do I import addresses from Excel into timeSensor® LEGAL?

If you want to import addresses from Excel into timeSensor LEGAL, you can do it in just 5 steps .
  1. Prepare addresses in Excel and save as tab-delimited text (.txt).
  2. In timeSensor LEGAL, select Addresses - Clients - Tools in the area bar and select the Import - Import data records... function.
  3. In the Import Table dialog box, click Import... to select the Excel document. In the Imported Table box, click Import Table .
  4. Customize the title in the table and click on the Import button. Each column of the Excel table must be assigned to a target field.
  5. Check the table and click the Next button. Then select the address type and, if necessary, make further adjustments and finally click on the Create button.

And all addresses are already imported into timeSensor LEGAL.

To make your work easier, we provide you with the "FAQ Default" Excel template here: FAQ Default
Using these templates, you can fill in your data in the correct columns of the Excel template and then import it directly using the FAQ Default import filter. The sample data sets in the Excel template are only examples and can be deleted. Not all columns need to be filled out. If information is missing, timeSensor LEGAL tries to find it itself as best as possible
