It can happen that field values displayed in the mandate list are not updated simultaneously with an action performed (e.g., deduction of a retainer). For this purpose, there is a function to manually update the list of mandates

Press the key combination Alt/Option and the command key (CMD on Mac OS / CTRL on Windows) and click on the calculator icon while holding down the key combination.

A prompt will then appear. If you respond with OK, the list will be updated.
