Newer Windows laptops often have a very high resolution (e.g. 3840 x 2160 pixels (4K)), with a small screen size (e.g. 13 or 14 inches). For this reason, the native display of objects on such screens becomes tiny to unreadable.

Windows therefore helps itself with a trick: click on Appearance and Adjustment in the Control Panel and then on Display. Here you can now change the element size. Be sure to use the display setting recommended by Microsoft!
