The report shows an account statement for a selectable client with a chronological overview of all business transactions that have occurred for this client in the chosen time period. The report displays the individual business transactions on the left side and in three separate columns the development of the different credit pools "on account" (from advance and partial invoices), "pass-through items" and "third-party funds." 



Click "Run Script" to start the script contained in the report. You will be prompted to enter the evaluation period and the ID of the desired client.


Enter the desired evaluation period here. Valid entries are:
  1. leave empty for 'all data'
  2. YTD for the period from January 1 to the current date of this year
  3. q1, q2, q3 or q4 for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th quarter of the current year or q1/20q2/2020 for other years
  4. s1, s2 for the 1st or 2nd semester of the current year
  5. YYYY or YY for the data of the respective year
  6. -DD.MM.YYYY all data up to this date
  7. DD.MM.YYYY- all data from this date to today
  8. DD.MM.YYYY-DD.MM.YYYY


Enter the ID of the desired client here.

You can find this number at the bottom left of the client's Master Sheet:





Installation

To install the report, you must have administrator rights in timeSensor LEGAL. Copy the attached ZIP file to your desktop and unzip it. Go to the Special area in tSL Special. Select in the Statistics button the window Reports. Drag the unzipped file with the mouse to the left area with the report templates.

The number before the dot in the field Version indicates the report number and the number after the dot indicates the version number. You can update a report at any time to the latest version, provided you have not modified it according to your own needs, simply by reinstalling the new version.
