Automatic Document Numbering of Enclosures in beA Messages (Germany)

In the sending window for beA messages, it is now possible to number the enclosures. First, arrange the enclosures as desired by drag & drop. Then right-click on one of the enclosures and select Number Enclosures from the menu.


Fibu Export Filter Sage Start

In the Special, Fibu Export, section, an additional export filter for the accounting software Sage Start has been added.

Improvements in the Communicator

In the Communicator, messages can now also be searched and sorted by recipient.


Improvements in the "AI" add-in

Optimization or translation of texts with AI is now also available in the Dossier. With this function, you ensure that no spelling or logical errors appear in your invoices anymore. The AI can check all texts in the Dossier for spelling mistakes before invoicing and automatically corrects or optimizes the texts. Additionally, automatic translation takes place if needed. Even logical errors are detected, for example, if two employees have recorded different times for the same meeting.
Various minor improvements and bug fixes complete this maintenance build.
