Communicator module - integration of beA mailboxes

General

The communicator is a communication client built into timeSensor LEGAL, with which e-mail and beA messages can be received, managed and archived. The communicator does not replace the beA web interface, but complements it. This article describes the concept of the communicator and how to integrate beA accounts. The integration of e-mail mailboxes is described in a separate article.

  3. timeSensor LEGAL automatically processes all incoming beA messages in the communicator by:
    1. the beA message is downloaded
    2. the beA message (where possible) is assigned to a mandate or a dossier
    3. the beA message is converted into PDF and archived together with the attachments
  4. In addition, the communicator offers you specialized functions to edit beA messages in a team by:
    1. Share your beA mailbox with one or more employees
    2. Assign messages to other employees
    3. messages can be paused
    4. Messages can be assigned a processing status
    5. Messages can be provided with a deadline and/or a resubmission
    6. to archive messages

Requirements for using beA with the help of the communicator module are:
  1. You have sent us the signed beA works agreement
  2. You have ordered the module using the order form
  3. You have a software certificate . Software certificates must be bought, downloaded and activated in the beA Shop .
  4. You are familiar with the operation of the beA-WEB interface provided by BRAK
  5. A software certificate is available for each SAFE-ID via which messages are to be sent or received in the beA module
  6. for created employees of professionals with their own SAFE-ID, sufficient rights are configured in the beA web portal

Do not continue with the setup until you are sure that you have a valid combination of SAFE ID, software certificate and password .

Setting up beA mailboxes in the communicator

If the communicator module is activated for you, you can store the SAFE ID and software certificate for each authorized employee. The deposit takes place in the user account of the user concerned, where a new tab beA becomes visible.
  1. SAFE-ID, password and software certificate of the professional must match
  2. the password corresponds to the PIN code
  3. The software certificate can be imported from the hard disk using the Import button
  4. Please test your input before using the communicator.

The beA integration in the communicator module is based on the KSW toolkit provided by BRAK. This interface is currently still subject to some restrictions. timeSensor is closely following the further development of the interface and will make improvements to the interface available to timeSensor users if possible.
