How to Define Individual Hourly Rates in a Mandate?

General

When recording services, an hourly rate is automatically applied depending on the mandate. This hourly rate is defined in the mandate settings, where you can choose between two approaches: Price Lists and Custom Prices. This article describes how custom prices work. You need administrator rights.

Store Default Hourly Rates

As preparation, you should first store the default hourly rates for your executives. These are the hourly rates usually practiced by this executive, which can of course be defined differently in individual cases. To do this, pick the Settings Area under Core Data the position Executives.
Double-click on each executive and enter the desired default hourly rate:

Store Custom Prices

Now go to the settings of the desired mandate. In the Billing tab, click on the small arrow next to the Price Lists menu and select Custom Prices:

Then click on the "Define..." button

Now enter the desired hourly rates in the column Custom Prices . You only need to enter hourly rates that differ from the default hourly rates. When recording services, timeSensor LEGAL 365 automatically prioritizes the custom price (if it exists) and otherwise the default hourly rate.
