This build brings extensive improvements and new features, as well as bug fixes.
In the personal settings, you can now create and manage user profiles. Tenant-specific profile storage is also possible. The new profile editor enables intuitive configuration. The system offers country-specific presets with a "Reset to Default" button. Help center links are configurable and all texts are fully localized.
The signature dialog has been completely redesigned. All API parameters are now visible and can be configured directly with override. The live display of the signature appears directly in the preview box, allowing you to see the final result before finalization.
Documents can now be signed by multiple people. A signatures overview in the info and signing dialogs shows all signatures. Electronic signing now also supports attachments, allowing you to sign complete documents with all enclosures. Version conflicts are automatically handled when importing templates.
The Mobile-ID transaction ID is displayed directly in the progress bar, allowing you to transparently track the status of the signature process. The eSignR billing has been introduced and is based on usage data from the license server. A signature counter in the customer editor enables precise control over usage.
The calendar views have been expanded. Appointments with multiple participants are now displayed individually. There is also a new "per user" view for better clarity. Deadlines are displayed at the top as all-day events and are thus clearly visible. With Alt+click on a user, you can select or deselect all entries of that person at once.
The deadlines window has been extensively revised and expanded. You can switch between an icon column and a shortcode column. The shortcodes are also visible in the user menu. Deadlines are now displayed by default in the agenda so that you can see all important appointments at a glance. A new column shows data changes for deadlines. The deadlines and appointments list has been fundamentally improved and now offers better clarity and usability.
You can now manage and bill both external and internal hourly rates per employee differently. Date-dependent standard hourly rates per executive are now available. This allows flexible rates depending on the period instead of a fixed value.
Invoices automatically created by the billing plan receive a note in the memo field of the invoice record so that they are easily recognizable in the list of unposted invoices. With a new parameter for the memo field, notes in the invoice memo field are transferred to the debtor list.
Multiple lines can now be dragged and dropped into the dossier simultaneously. Subscription items can be added directly in the dossier window. The sorting of services is faster and more intuitive.
The new expression INV_INSERT("ConsolidatedInvoiceSummary") creates a consolidated invoice overview with title grouping and total line. If the first parameter is passed in UPPERCASE, the result is also in uppercase. This can be disabled by a parameter.
The SharePoint integration has been expanded. You can now create and delete groups and sites as well as add and remove team members. A new check-in/check-out workflow for draft documents is available, enabling better collaboration. Team management has been optimized with better validation, address storage, and prompts for deletions.
When exporting from the archive, documents are created with their original date. There is also an option for a date/time prefix.
The sorting of documents in the global search has been corrected and now works as expected.
The system now displays a clear error message if the "Microsoft Print to PDF" driver is not installed.
timeSensor LEGAL 365 now uses the main window by default instead of the two-bar view, resulting in a more intuitive operation. The info dialog for documents and drafts has been enlarged. This fixes the issue where text was cut off on Windows.
When creating an email, Outlook is automatically brought to the foreground. A new parameter for blocking and non-blocking script execution has been added to facilitate debugging.
The prevention of simultaneous login of the same user has been implemented. This parameter is controllable and disabled by default. The handling of initial passwords has been optimized.
The timesheet auto-recovery file is now kept for 72 hours instead of 24 hours, giving you more time for recovery.
During contact export, phone numbers are marked with a WORK or HOME postfix. This can be controlled by a parameter.
The system has been adapted to the new XJUSTIZ version 3.6.2. This includes new XML templates and a new signer. ZUGFeRD has been equipped with a safeguard against data misconfiguration.
The issue has been fixed: Filters are no longer lost when saving a draft.
